SAP Build WorkZone Subscription Failed in trial account || How to fix the SAP BTP


your are currently working with SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition, in your BTP trial account. However, you've encountered a "Subscription Failed" error while attempting to subscribe to this application. The error message indicates that I need to link an Identity Authentication tenant to the subaccount with the "Establish Trust" option. So we will see what is IAM service, how it works and how can you establish trust with your subaccount to allow access of SAP Build workzone for end users.
